List of Local Fire Bans Lifted
Thanks to the recent rainfall, most local fire bans have now been lifted.

The Open Air Burning Restriction has been lifted in Jocelyn Township.  Burning permits are still required.  Contact the office at 705-246-2025 or email admin@jocelyn.ca.

As of Thursday, July 16/20 at 8 a.m., the Fire Ban for Plummer Additional Township has been lifted.  Please continue to follow all regulations and remember that there is NO Daytime Burning. Burning can occur from 2 hours before sunset to 2 hours after sunrise.

The Johnson Township Fire Chief as lifted the fire ban as of July 17, 2020. Please note that all burning in the municipality requires a fire permit which can be obtained through the township office. Please call 705-782.6601 Ext 1-203 for more information.

Due to the amount of rain received in our jurisdiction, the Huron Shores Fire Department has lifted the fire ban imposed on July 3rd.
